These stems are arriving in great numbers, marking a vibrant shift in the local floral landscape.While a simple bunch is always elegant, the more intricate varieties are particularly captivating right now. Double Tulips offer a rare fullness. Their many layers of petals create a silhouette that rivals a peony, bringing a sense of luxury to any room. Fringed or Frill Tulip varieties provide a touch of the unexpected. Their delicate, feathered edges suggest a refined, artisanal quality that stands apart from more traditional choices.

Caring for your Tulips
To ensure these seasonal stems remain fresh and graceful, a few intentional steps make all the difference:
- A Precise Cut: Trim the stems at a sharp angle before placing them in water.
- Keep it Cold: Tulips thrive in very chilled water.
- Shallow Water: These blooms drink efficiently. Fill your vessel only about a third of the way to keep the stems firm.
- Temperature Matters: Place your arrangement in a cool spot, away from direct sunlight or drying heaters.
- Natural Movement: Remember that tulips continue to grow once cut. Give them plenty of space to stretch and "dance" toward the light.
